Consultations
Initial Consultation & Clinical Treatment & 4 Products (2 hours) $450
Initial Consultation (45 minutes) $200
If you are concerned about hair loss and/or your scalp, we are here to help. During your 2-hour appointment, your Trichologist will examine your hair and scalp, take a detailed history, and prescribe a treatment plan for your first hour. A Trichotherapist technician will then administer a bespoke, 60-minute hair and scalp Treatment, show you how to use your tailored Shampoo, Conditioner, Scalp Cream and Elasticizer (worth $150.00), prescribed for your specific needs to use as part of your at home care regime. To finish, you will be provided with a blow-dryer and brushes and guided by your Trichotherapist technician who will show you how to style your own hair healthily.
During your 45-minutes Consultation, your Trichologist will examine your hair and scalp, take a detailed history, and prescribe a treatment plan.
Remote Video Consultation & 4 Products (1 hour) $300
Remote Video Consultation (45 minutes) $200
If you are concerned about hair loss and/or your scalp, but cannot visit our Centers, we can still help. Before your appointment, your Trichologist will email you detailed forms to fill out, and will request photos of your hair and scalp for analysis. During your Consultation, they will discuss your concerns, and prescribe a bespoke treatment plan and hair care regime.
We have two options available for our virtual Consultation, a 45-minute Consultation or a 1-hour Consultation that includes four products; Shampoo, Conditioner, Scalp Cream and Elasticizer (worth $150.00), prescribed for your specific needs. The Consultation allows you access to the full range of our clinical products which are available only to those having telephone or in-center Consultations.
The Consultant may not be able to give a full diagnosis but will be able to provide guidance/recommendations in terms of hair & scalp concerns. You may be asked to visit the Center for a full assessment if needed (this will be discussed with you when confirming your appointment booking).
Follow-Up Appointment (30 minutes) $80
For existing Clients only. After your initial Consultation, your Trichologist will recommend appointments to check progress, monitor your hair and/or scalp concerns, and renew prescriptions. Follow-ups are usually advised once or twice yearly.
Follow-Up Appointment & Clinical Treatment (90 minutes) $225
For existing Clients only. This service includes your 30-minute Follow-Up Appointment, plus a 60-minute Clinical Treatment. Follow-Ups are usually advised once or twice yearly to check progress, monitor your hair and/or scalp concerns, and renew prescriptions. You will be provided with a blow-dryer and brushes to style your own hair afterwards.
Quick Check-In Appointment (15 minutes) $45
For existing Clients only. This efficient 15-minute appointment allows your Trichologist to check in with you if you are experiencing any issues that cannot be resolved via email.
Treatments
Clinical Treatment (60 minutes) $145
Exclusively for existing Clients who have received a Consultation. This intensive, refreshing Treatment uses products prescribed by your Trichologist during your Initial Consultation or Follow-Up. You will be provided with a blow-dryer and brushes to style your own hair afterwards.
Intensive Scale Removal (90-120 minutes) $175
Exclusively for existing Clients who have received a Consultation. This Treatment uses products prescribed by your Trichologist during your Initial Consultation or Follow-Up. It includes careful removal of thick, adherent scale from the scalp, using extra time under the steamer to loosen plaque. You will be provided with a blow-dryer and brushes to style your own hair afterwards.
Hair Spa Treatment (60 minutes) $160
Our Hair Spa Treatments are ideal if you want to address a cosmetic hair concern such as dryness or breakage, or a scalp issue like mild dandruff. Relaxing, uplifting and invigorating, a Spa Treatment will leave your hair intensively conditioned, lustrous and full of new-found body. It will also refresh and stimulate your scalp. You will be provided with a blow-dryer and brushes to style your own hair afterwards.
Blonde Booster Hair Spa Treatment (80 minutes) $150
This Hair Spa Treatment uses products designed to revitalise and hydrate blonde or highlighted hair. Relaxing, uplifting and invigorating, it will leave your blonde colour brightened, and your hair intensively conditioned, lustrous and full of new-found body. It will also refresh and stimulate your scalp. You will be provided with a blow-dryer and brushes to style your own hair afterwards.
