RETURNS POLICY

At Philip Kingsley, customer satisfaction is very important to us. For this reason, we will happily issue an exchange or refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise bought on www.philipkingsley.com if it is returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.


To make a return simply email us at: retail@philipkingsleyproducts.com with your request for a return, order number and our customer care team will respond promptly with instructions for your return. You will receive a refund of the purchase price of the product (original shipping costs are non-refundable).


Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping returns. Upon the receipt of the return a credit will be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase, within one billing cycle.


Any gifts or samples received with your original order should not be returned and enjoyed with our compliments and appreciation.
